Stam is a simple, hardworking but lightweight stool executed in satin brass and pewter.

50-year-old Italian family business Mingardo works with contemporary designers to produce metal furniture and products that are defined by elegant lines and exceptional detailing.

Designed by Li-Do – a Milan-based creative studio founded by designers Ilaria Innocenti and Giorgio Laboratore – the Stam stool is composed of a satin brass seat folded over a simple, tubular pewter frame. Brass screws provide an elegant finishing detail.
