Item Description

Venini’s Pigmenti vase is a contemporary interpretation of a classic form.

Made by Venini’s master glassmakers in Murano, Italy, the Pigmenti vase is crafted using the traditional Soffiato Opalino technique where a pearlised sheen is obtained by overlapping milk-white and other types of glass. Craftsmen then blow air into a long metal cane attached to a piece of the opalino glass in order to expand and shape it. Each vase carries the mark of the master craftsman who made it; a custodian of the company’s history and expertise.
