50-year-old Italian family business Mingardo works with contemporary designers to produce metal furniture and products that are defined by elegant lines and exceptional detailing.
The Innocent shelving system pays homage to hardworking industrial metal joints and pipes of the past. Its designer, Gio Tirotto, wanted to emphasise the relationship between simple forms and Mingardo’s craftsmanship excellence. The modular system consists of shelving tops in black-stained oak that are supported by a tubular black iron structure. The system allows for the creation of different furnishing elements, from low tables to consoles and bookcases of various heights.
