Item Description

Created in 1930 by Napoleone Martinuzzi, the Deco vase in grey pays homage to Art Deco geometry.

Made by Venini's master glassmakers in Murano, Italy, this work employs the centuries-old overlay technique. In this practice, opaque white glass known as lattimo is inverted, then coated in layers of transparent or coloured glass to achieve a vivid finish. Each vase carries the mark of a master craftsman; a custodian of the company's history and expertise.
