Each painting weaves together Veena’s passion for classical art and artisan techniques, breathing new life into raw metallic beading materials and embroidery. The artworks depict trees, birds or abstract forms influenced by nature and her experiences in the fashion world. Veena focuses on creating a modern response to traditional craft practice. Through process and materials, she tells timeless stories, via needle and thread, bead and brush.
