Originally educated at Vassar College and the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, Tarun later formally studied fashion at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), New York.
A master of aesthetic fusion, Tarun finds inspiration in the crafts of India as well as Western techniques and traditions. Travel forms the backbone of his creative process, but always as a collaborator rather than as a tourist. As a result, he is able to draw upon a wealth of skills, from bespoke tailoring to interior design. His interior design portfolio includes a luxury villa in Goa, and the Aish restaurant at the Park Hotel in Hyderabad. A polymath in his own right, Tarun's artworks embody his curious spirit.
