Referencing historical character and with a devotion to tradition, we are rewriting a contemporary tale rooted in the Anatolian culture.
Founded in 2005 by Cem Şengör and Ayşegül Yürekli Şengör, Stepevi has transformed and expanded into an industry leader with showrooms and offices in Paris, Milan, London, New York and Munich.
Stepevi draws on the heritage of traditional carpet weaving in the southern Turkish town of Isparta, where its production is now based. The company’s philosophy of “refined modern luxury” informs an approach that combines contemporary design with the expertise of dedicated craftspeople. Only the finest materials are used to manufacture its exclusive rugs, which can be found in high-end residential and commercial interiors around the world.
