Naama Hofman
I was always fascinated by the shape that holds the light, the shape of the light object itself. That is why my interest in light was never for its functional aspect but by its power to set an emotion, to inspire.
Naama studied industrial design in Tel Aviv and founded her company in 2010. She moved to Berlin to be closer to her core customers and to better understand the use of light in northern European interiors.
The sculptural installations created at Naama’s studio reflect her fascination with light and its effect on contemporary living spaces. She favours simple, clean-lined shapes that emphasise the compositions and the quality of light. The fixtures are assembled by hand from high-quality brass elements that carefully connect the tubular or round light sources. Naama’s unique lighting objects can be found in high-end residential, retail and hospitality projects around the world.
