The right form, material and color can create an emotional connection, we remember how something made us feel.

Kickie studied Industrial Design at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna before launching her own studio in New York in 2020. She brings a deep appreciation for traditional craft to her practice, working with raw materials like glass, iron, and stone. Her process is rooted in a sculptural exploration of form, balancing tactility and innovation to create timeless pieces that feel both intimate and universal. Her work frequently involves collaboration with master craftspeople and has included notable installations and design residencies around the world.

Kickie’s work has been exhibited from Milan to New York, known for its evocative forms and refined use of color. In 2022, her installation Insectum debuted at Alcova during Milan Design Week, followed by Pulpopolis in 2023, showcased in Milan and New York. She received the inaugural DESIGNxIMPACT prize by NYCxDESIGN and was named among the Best 100 at the Kyoto Design Awards. Her Vista collection with Klove Studio, created during the Shakti Design Residency, draws on Indian architectural motifs and spiritual symbolism to craft luminous glass works exploring depth and emotion.
