Based in Amsterdam, Femke Hofhuis founded her studio following a background in set design, bringing a strong sense of composition and spatial awareness into her work. Her practice spans art and design, focusing on sculptural objects and installations that explore light, reflection, and colour. Working across residential and hospitality projects, she collaborates with architects and designers to create pieces that respond to and enhance their surroundings.

Founded in 2020, the studio builds on Hofhuis’s background in set design, translating spatial awareness into three-dimensional works. Her process centres on the interaction of colour, material, and reflection, creating pieces that respond to their surroundings. Working across commissions and collaborations, the studio develops sculptural artworks that function as focal points within interiors.
