Brajak Vitberg
Our work is a ramification of our synaesthetic perceptions of the world around us. We have always had an urge to instantly materialise our visions without discrepancies between the creative process and actuality: our design is an intersection of the creative part and the material one.
Architects, Petra Brajak and Robert V. Bijelić won the Light Design Awards in 2019. They both studied at the University of Ljubljana's School of Architecture and are now represented by Galerie Philia and Boon Paris, among others.
Drawn to the concept of 'incomplete perfection,' each design delves into the exploration of eternity through architecture, fashion, human connection, and the present moment. Key materials like plexiglass, dichroic foil, steel, and brass play a central role in most collections, chosen for their capacity to infuse energy and illuminate a space, creating an energetic visual experience. The language is stratified and eclectic, fusing poetic vision with raw design.
