Italian firm Mediterranea Design creates decorative yet functional furniture using cutting-edge digital manufacturing processes. The 3D-printed Capri armchair features an organic form that is both practical and iconic.

The armchair’s curved shape allows for a comfortable reclined position, with support provided by a high backrest. Capri is made from PLA – a bioplastic derived from natural materials – and is available in colours that recall the Italian island it is named for.
