Colección Alexandra began as a tribute to a daughter and a dream. Founded by María José Guinot in 1994 and supported by her sons Johnny and Jacobo, the studio grew from a small interior design practice into a celebrated furniture house. María José’s aesthetic - shaped by Mediterranean elegance, travel, and emotional depth - blends classical richness with global sensibility. Her vision was to create a brand defined by customization, color, and cultural balance - offering designs where East meets West under Mediterranean light.

Based in Valencia, Colección Alexandra draws on the region’s deep furniture-making heritage. Guided by an interior designer’s vision, the brand creates fully customizable pieces - from furniture to lighting and decor - crafted by local artisans using both traditional methods and modern technologies. Notable projects include London’s Heathrow VIP lounges and the Ritz-Carlton Rabat. Following a major fire in 2010, the company rebuilt stronger than ever. Today, it remains family-led, with a global presence and a lasting commitment to craft, creativity, and storytelling.
