Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola developed this collection of sculptural vases as a tribute to nature and the passage of time. Each vase is a unique piece that reproduces the smoothing action of water and wind on rock and the earth.

Editions Milano makes all of its products in Italy using premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship. Several different processes are required to generate the Oxymoron vase’s two contrasting halves; one in smooth, glazed ceramic and the other with its gently carved cavities. The result is an expressive, contemporary piece with a distinctive natural aesthetic.
