The elegant Cartagenas dining table by German designer Sebastian Herkner is an ode to Cartagena, the lively coastal metropolis on Colombia's Caribbean coast.

Its base is made by craftspeople in Bogota using an intricate weaving technique where two different colours of recycled PVC string are handwoven around a steel frame to create a neat contrast. Its obround tabletop, made from sleek metal or marble, balances out the vivid colours of the base.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, Cartagenas can be used to create colourful seating arrangements on a terrace or in the living room as well as add personality to dining areas of restaurants or hotels.
